Refund policy
Once the order has been placed, cancellation or refund is not allowed. Any deposit paid will be treated as forfeited should the customer failed to take delivery within 4 weeks after our notification of goods arrival. Our company reserve the right not to release the goods until the balance is settled. All ownership of good/s in unsettled order (the order that not yet fully paid) remain as our company's property. The customer will be charged for rescheduling for delivery of goods if the first delivery was failed due to any of the above reason.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
